As is often the case, the design of Route 25 Self Storage was inspired by one of Trachte’s previous clients. The site uses a high pitched 6:12 roof on the building towards the street side, while a low pitch 1/4:12 building sits behind it.
Black doors, roof, and windows provide a striking contrast to the classic beige and brick exterior of the facility. Large windows and a full glass door create a welcoming focal point for the property. A decorative chimney provides additional visual interest. The developer’s attention to detail is evident inside and out.
