The Trachte™ Create-A-Space Conversion System is a practical solution for converting existing buildings into storage facilities. Utilizing an existing structure is cost effective, as it minimizes the amount of required building materials and takes advantage of property already approved for commercial use. This freestanding system can also be installed within new construction.
Regardless of the existing building design, the conversion system can be customized to maximize available space and the unit mix can be tailored to meet customer needs, and ultimately increase your rental income.
With a structure formerly serving as a Wal-Mart, this conversion property features faux doors and a second story door bank behind glass for greater visibility. Patriot red doors are used throughout the property.

This property was formerly a lumberyard. Windows were added and enlarged to add curb appeal and display the doors. This project was phased by building only the first floor initially, with the exception of second floor units behind the windows for marketing purposes.
This lower level of a two story conversion has no ceiling and the lights are installed directly to the floor deck. A two story conversion with roll-up doors on both levels requires a 18’ interior ceiling height.

This conversion features a distinctive stepped parapet wall detail. In addition to storage rentals, the facility also offers small office spaces for rent.
