The owners of Champion Storage envisioned going big for their next project, which led to the purchase of 22-acres of land in Sheboygan, WI. This large site contains various types of storage options to accommodate all tenant needs, including traditional self-storage, climate-controlled units, Boat/RV units, and a substantial number of outside Boat/RV parking. This facility features slate gray buildings with continental brown trim, shale gray roll-up doors, and sectional doors by others for the tall Boat/RV units.
The construction of this project occurred in multiple phases, with the latest addition being a 22,500 sq ft fully climate-controlled building. Exterior drive-up units were implemented, in addition to the interior units, complete with bright white flush panel hallways and ceilings and roll-up doors.
The owners wanted to manage all their facilities from a single location, so a grand, spacious main office was built where on-site managers can be found present five days a week. This office not only shelters all necessary equipment for site maintenance and snow plowing but also offers autopay and online payment options. This latest and greatest addition to the Champion Storage portfolio is now their crown jewel.
