Moore Self Storage

Many facilities have underutilized corners or edges – often these are easements or other property where a permanent building is not permitted. Trachte’s “Micro” units offer an attractive way to add capacity to an existing site using this space.

Moore Self-Storage expanded their site using Micro units. This facility opted for a mix of 10’x10′ and 10’x20′ units. Trachte’s Micro units offer sizes from 5’x5′ to 10’x30′.

Micro units are typically on a 10’x20′ platform, or may be purchased using an 8′ depth frame. This option allows for the ability to move them to another location if needed.
