The two-story, 34,000 s.f. building features well-lit hallways, picture windows, and an exterior design chosen to complement ownership group Garden Spot Village. Stone veneer, Lightstone wall panels, and a Colonial Red roof with Continental Brown accents give the site a refined aesthetic. The non-climate buildings incorporate a 4:12 pitch roof with the first 20’ fitted with a snow bar for added durability.
A stand-alone office completes the development, offering tenant amenities and on-site management to ensure a convenient customer experience.
