Make Space Storage in Cochrane, Alberta, is a 54,000-square-foot, single-story facility featuring 360 heated drive-up units designed for convenience and year-round protection. The site’s distinctive Western-inspired design includes a ranch gate entrance, parapet walls that rise above the buildings, and a beautifully detailed office façade. With a Galvalume lean-to roof, Matte Black trim, Iced White walls, and bold Teal doors, the facility offers both durability and visual appeal.
Located in one of Alberta’s fastest-growing communities, this project represents Make Space Storage’s largest ground-up development to date. Spanning five acres, it includes 12 separate buildings and 67 dedicated parking spaces for RVs and boats. Embracing Cochrane’s Western heritage, the site features custom metal murals built into the fence and above the ranch gate, all designed and manufactured by a local artist—earning the nickname “Make Space Ranch.” The result is a secure, modern, and culturally inspired storage destination.
