Michelle oversees the Production/ Inventory Control Department which supports manufacturing, purchasing, sales and shipping. She has worked in manufacturing since 1987; beginning her career in Quality Control and moving on to Planning. In March of 2010, Michelle joined the Trachte team working in Production Planning and moving into the role of overseeing Materials Management. As Lean processes were introduced into manufacturing and business practices, she became certified as a Lean Lead and also received Green Belt certification in Six Sigma.
