Built to tie into an upscale multifamily residential property, The Helm displays a unique character through the creative use of brick. Decorative chimneys at each end of the perimeter building complement the established area’s existing structures.

Trachte’s basic 1/4:12 roof pitch buildings make up the majority of the storage space on the site, while a higher roof pitch on the perimeter buildings creates curb appeal.

Applying architectural features to endwalls is our suggested method of meeting zoning or planning commission requirements. Avoid applying architectural finishes to door jambs and headers to make repairs easier in the event that a tenant damages them.
