A variety of building types are often used to make the best use of a parcel of land. At Pinecrest Mini Storage, the land had a significant elevation change. The developers used a combination of rolled roof steps plus a two story into a hill structure to take advantage of the terrain.
At the facility entrance, clients are greeted by an office integrated into a 1/4: 12 storage building. The office area is highlighted by a brick exterior.
A fence surrounds the site, with access controlled by a keypad entry gate.
All buildings on the site are equipped with galvalume standing seam roofs. Galvalume roofs offer corrosion protection at a lower cost than painted panels and are typically chosen when the roof will not be highly visible.
