Melrose Mini-Storage

Melrose Mini-Storage features buildings in a variety of widths to maximize rentable square footage on the property. The municipality required extensive landscaping in order to approve the project.

The site’s welcoming office is constructed from Trachte structure, with brick veneer and large windows. The site’s developers made good use of large boulders which existed on the site to create at attractive sign for the business. The black fencing and gate complete the curb appeal of the business.
