Premium architect designed four story project
Large multistory projects can vary significantly in appearance. Local officials required an upgraded exterior
in order to allow Dino’s storage to move ahead. The result is a highly attractive project, which could easily be confused with an apartment of office complex.
Regulations limit the amount of signage on the project, but large windows on the corners help communicate the purpose of the building, particularly in the evening when
they are more visible.
The facility features a spacious rental office. The loading area is fitted with an awning over automatic doors leading to the elevators.
