Certifications
CSA-A660-04 Certified
The National Building Code (NBC) of Canada is the model building code that forms the basis for all of the provincial building codes, except Ontario. The intent of the NBC is to detail the minimum provisions acceptable to maintain the safety of buildings, in terms of public health, fire protection, accessibility, and structural sufficiency. The code sets out technical requirements for projects in terms of construction, renovation, and demolition. The code regulates that anyone building in the participating provinces must be CSA-A660-04 certified. Our achievement of this certification ensures that as a Canadian customer, your project will be code-compliant.
Florida WL Certified
Trac-Rite doors are approved for installation in buildings affected by Florida Building Commission regulations concerning wind testing and manufacturing certifications. Since the standards set by the commission have increasingly become more stringent, it became evident that certification would speed the approval process at the commission level. Having an established business management system in place helped pave the way for Florida approvals.
