President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Burbach has extensive construction and building systems experience. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Summit Building Systems. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Wausau Homes / Sterling Building Systems. In addition, Jeff served in a number of general management, marketing management and financial management roles over 15 years with Newell Rubbermaid.
Chief Financial Officer
Larry serves as CFO for Trachte and its subsidiaries. Previously, Larry served as Director of Finance, Group Controller and other leadership roles at Andersen Windows and Renewal by Andersen for over 11 years. Prior to Andersen, Larry was Vice President Contracting and Controller for Schneider Logistics, a third party logistics provider. He has 14 years with Honeywell in various leadership positions. Larry is a graduate of General Electric's Financial Management Program and spent four years with General Electric. Larry has a BA in Mathematics from Wabash College and a MBA from Minnesota State University.
Director of Marketing and Product Development
Jamie Lindau joined Trachte Building Systems in 1985. He started as a Regional Manager covering the eastern United States, helping hundreds of customers build their self storage businesses. In 1989 Jamie helped launch our Fire Training tower program. In 1996 He became sales manager overseeing the Regional Mangers in all aspects of self storage development. Jamie leads our educational seminars and speaks regularly at the self storage National Conventions. Jamie has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Director of Human Resources
Pam Klute joined Trachte in 1995 and formed the company's first human resource department. At the time, the company had approximately 95 employees. Today Trachte employs over 110 employees. As director of human resources, Pam is responsible for developing policy and overseeing activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits (including ESOP), safety training, and employee services. Pam exercises her over 20 years of experience daily by providing a productive work environment for all Trachte employees. Pam is a past President of the ESOP Association - Wisconsin Chapter and has served as a past member of the Executive Committee of the Chapter Council for the ESOP Association (www.esopassociation.org).
