Jeff Seefeldt
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Seefeldt
Jeff Seefeldt is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing. He began his career with Trachte in 1980 in the sales department selling the company's self storage buildings. During his tenure, Jeff has managed all of Trachte's departments. In 2002, he was appointed to president and Chief Operating Officer of Trachte. In addition to his current role of president and CEO, Jeff also oversees the company's subsidiaries, Trac-Rite Door and Fire Facilities Inc., as well as serves on the organization's Board of Directors.
Jim Mastrangelo

Jim Mastrangelo
Jim Mastrangelo has extensive experience in manufacturing while being a part of companies such as Rockwell, Joy Technologies, Ball Corporation, as well as with a middle market, privately held company. Jim has held various managerial positions in these organization including plant and division controller and business unit manager. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and an MBA from West Virginia University. Jim has several years experience in public accounting, as well as having passed the CPA exam.

Kevin Parks
Kevin Parks CPA, CMA, graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in December 1995. He passed the Certified Public Accounting Exam in 1997, receiving the CPA designation after satisfying the experience requirement in March 2000. In September 2005, he received the Certified Management Accountant designation after passing the four-part examination sponsored by the Institute of Management Accountants. Kevin has over 10 years of accounting experience including four years as an auditor and five years as a Controller.
Pam Klute

Pam Klute
Pam Klute joined Trachte in 1995 and formed the company's first human resource department. At the time, the company had approximately 95 employees. Today Trachte employs over 200 employees. As vice president of human resources, Pam is responsible for developing policy and overseeing activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits (including ESOP), safety training, and employee services. Pam exercises her over 20 years of experience daily by providing a productive work environment for all Trachte employees. Pam is currently President of the ESOP Association - Wisconsin Chapter and serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Chapter Council for the ESOP Association (www.esopassociation.org).
Mike McCabe
Vice President of Manufacturing
Mike McCabe
Mike McCabe joined Trachte Building Systems in 1998. Since then Mike has held various management positions including Supply Chain Manager, Director of Production Control, and Director of Manufacturing. He has over 20 years of manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory control experience. Before coming to Trachte, McCabe worked for 10 years at Nicolet Biomedical Incorporated in Madison, Wisconsin, where he held the position of Director of Production Control and Worldwide Order Entry Manager. Mike holds a Bachelor Science Degree from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan.
Jill McDowell
Vice President/Chief Information Officer
Jill McDowell
Jill McDowell has been employed at Trachte Building Systems since 1995 when she was hired to establish the IT department. Since then, Jill has held the positions of Systems Manager, Director of Information Technology, and in 2002, she was promoted to Vice President/Chief Information Officer. She has over 20 years of information technology experience with 15 years in IT management. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Western Illinois University.
Paul Schneider
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Paul Schneider
Paul Schneider joined Trachte in February of 2004. In his position, Paul is responsible for leading the sales and marketing functions for the organization as well as directing efforts with new business development. Prior to Trachte, Paul acquired 20 years of product development and marketing management experience with consumer product companies including Spring Mills, Levolor, and Fiskars. Paul holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
John Whalen
Vice President of Engineering
John E. Whalen
John Whalen P.E., is a Graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Platteville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and an emphasis in structural and geotechnical design. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in thirty-one states and has over sixteen years of engineering experience. John started at Trachte Building Systems in 1994 as a Product Development Engineer. In his current position, he is responsible for Trachte engineering, Trac-Rite engineering, customer service, erection services, quality assurance, and engineering technical services. John also serves on the Board of Directors for the Sun Prairie Business Education Partnership and the Sun Prairie Education Foundation.
